Ep. 292: Your System Is Broken

When I say "system" I mean an area of your life. If you take a good look around at one area of your life that might not be working the way you want it to, it might be because you don't have a high level of systemization there.

Example: You want to work out and keep losing weight, but you keep falling off the wagon and quitting on yourself.

Why? Because you don't have systems in your life to stay on track. You might not be part of a gym or a workout group to hold you accountable, or you just keep winging it and hoping for results.

So, inside of your life, where is one area where you can make one small change today to make that area work better as a system?
